BORO Privacy Policy (iOS)

Summary. The BORO app does not collect, upload, or share any personal information. All processing happens on your device; it communicates only with the BORO hardware on your local Wi-Fi. There are no servers, no analytics SDKs, no advertising, no tracking.

1. Information We Process

To make the product work, the App processes the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted off the device.

Wi-Fi network information (SSID, signal strength of nearby networks) — used to discover the BORO hotspot.
Photos and videos you capture in the App — saved to the app's private storage (a BORO folder in the app sandbox).
App preferences (language, left/right ear, angle calibration, LED state) — saved locally.

The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, ID, geographic location, or any account information, and does not read any personal data from other apps.

2. Purpose of Processing

Solely to connect to the BORO hardware on your local network, render the live video on screen, and save the media and settings you explicitly create.

3. Storage and Retention

App preferences and the photos/videos you capture are stored in the app's private storage (a BORO folder in the app sandbox) on your device. We operate no servers, cloud, or database. Data remains until you delete it in the App, clear it from system App settings, or uninstall the App.

4. Sharing, Disclosure, and Third-Party SDKs

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any information to any third party.

The App contains no third-party SDK of any kind

5. Security

All data — preferences and captured media — is stored in the OS-provided private app sandbox that other applications cannot access. Diagnostic logs do not record any personally identifying content. Because no data leaves the device, there is no transmission to secure.

6. System Permissions

Wi-Fi / Local Network — to discover and connect to the BORO hotspot. The app does NOT request location permission; it detects the device network from the local IP subnet only.
Internet — to send UDP packets to the BORO device on the local network. No remote server is contacted.

Any permission can be revoked at any time in system Settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — view all stored data in the in-app Gallery and Settings;
Correct — change any preference at any time in Settings;
Delete — remove media in Gallery, clear App storage in system settings, or uninstall the App to remove everything;
Withdraw consent — revoke permissions in system Settings;
Portability — share media out of the App via the system share sheet;
Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority.

8. Minors

The App is intended for users aged 14 and over. As stated throughout this policy, we do not collect, store, or transmit personal information from any user, regardless of age.

9. Cross-Border Transfer

No data ever leaves your device, so no cross-border transfer occurs.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Your continued use of the App after that constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

边界视觉隐私政策（iOS）

概述。本应用不收集、不上传、不分享您的任何个人信息。所有处理均在您设备本地完成，仅与同一 Wi-Fi 局域网内的边界视觉硬件通信。没有服务器，没有统计 SDK，没有广告，没有跟踪。

一、信息处理范围

为实现产品功能，本应用仅在您的设备本地处理以下信息，不会传输到设备之外：

Wi-Fi 网络信息（附近网络的 SSID、信号强度）——用于发现边界视觉设备热点；
您主动拍摄的照片和视频——保存到本应用的私有存储（应用沙盒内的 BORO 文件夹）；
应用偏好设置（语言、左/右耳、角度校准、LED 状态）——保存到本地。

本应用不索取您的姓名、邮箱、手机号、身份证号、地理位置或任何账号信息，也不读取您其它应用中的任何个人数据。

二、使用目的

仅用于：与局域网内的边界视觉硬件建立连接、在屏幕上显示实时视频画面、保存您主动创建的媒体和设置。

三、信息存储与保留期限

应用偏好与您拍摄的照片/视频均保存在设备上本应用的私有存储中（应用沙盒内的 BORO 文件夹）。我们不运营任何服务器、云存储或数据库。数据将一直保留在您设备上直至您在应用内删除、在系统"应用管理"中清除或卸载本应用。

四、信息共享、披露与第三方 SDK

我们不会向任何第三方共享、出售、出租或披露您的任何信息。

本应用未集成任何第三方 SDK。

五、信息安全

所有数据（偏好与拍摄的媒体）均保存在操作系统提供的、其它应用无法访问的私有沙盒中。诊断日志不记录任何个人身份内容。因为数据不离开设备，也就不存在需要保护的网络传输。

六、系统权限

Wi-Fi / 本地网络——发现并连接边界视觉设备热点；本应用不申请定位权限，仅通过本机 IP 网段判断是否在设备网络上；
网络——向本地局域网内的边界视觉设备发送 UDP 数据包，不访问任何远程服务器；

您可随时在系统"设置"中撤回上述任意权限。

七、您的权利

您有权：

查询——在应用"相册"和"设置"中查看所有已保存的数据；
更正——随时在"设置"中更改任意偏好；
删除——在相册中删除单条媒体，或通过系统"应用管理"清除所有应用数据，或卸载本应用；
撤回授权——在系统"设置"中撤销已授予的任何权限；
可携带——通过系统分享面板把照片/视频分享出本应用；
投诉——向属地个人信息保护主管部门投诉。

八、未成年人保护

本应用面向 14 周岁及以上用户。如本政策全文所述，我们不收集、不存储、不传输任何用户（无论年龄）的个人信息。

九、跨境数据传输

由于所有数据不会离开您的设备，不存在任何跨境数据传输。

十、本政策的变更

如本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页顶部的"最后更新"日期。您在变更生效后继续使用本应用，即视为接受修改后的政策。

十一、法律适用

本政策受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如您所在辖区另有强制性消费者保护规定，不因本政策而减损您的法定权利。
